inspecting the house. He did a VERY thorough inspection of the complete house (interior/exterior),
explained areas which he thought was both deficient and/or the builder did a good job. He used state of the
art tools to help test different areas of the house (including thermal cameras / pressure gauges /
temperature detectors, etc.) The inspection report was very detailed with an attached picture book complete
